As a group volunteering with Projects Abroad in Latin America and the Caribbean, you will get the unforgettable opportunity to discover and explore everything that the people and the land have to offer. We have a variety of destinations on offer if you are looking to volunteer in Latin America.

Choose from project locations in Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru.

We also work in the Caribbean, where we have several projects in Jamaica.

No matter your choice of region or project, you will have an important role to play and your efforts will be greatly appreciated. Projects Abroad also offer other group projects in all destinations that may not be listed on the website, if you would like to find out our full range then feel free to contact us.

Volunteer Projects in Latin America

Whether you’re a group from school, a bunch of friends from university, a company looking for a corporate trip or an organisation looking to take your skills further afield, you will find a programme and a region to suit your interests. We have a wide variety of projects on offer including: Learning Spanish in Argentina, working in hospitals in Mexico on a Medicine & Healthcare project, teaching in universities in Bolivia or learning about the Incas in Peru.

Living and Travelling in Latin America and the Caribbean

Aside from working on a project, your group will have free time in the evenings and on the weekends to tour and travel around your assigned region or to other regions. By volunteering with Project Abroad, you’ll have the opportunity to explore Machu Picchu to better understand the ancient Incas, learn to surf on a beach in Costa Rica, or experience the awesome power of nature at the Iguazu Falls in Argentina.

The experience continues from your work to your living accommodation and free time. During your stay you will inevitable meet the local hostel / hotel staff as well as the friendly locals. You will find them incredibly welcoming and they will doubtless be eager to find out all about you and your life back home. Take plenty of photos with you and be prepared for lots of questions!
