In Summer 2004, Projects Abroad sent 60 sixth-form students on programmes. Some were between AS levels and A2's; others were between A2's and University.

The most popular this year was our 2-week India medical programme. Not only was this a great opportunity to see India and its medical system, but it also gave them great material for UCAS forms and Medical School.

For Summer 2005, Projects Abroad has increased the range of projects available to volunteers:

  • Journalism in India or Romania
  • Medicine in India or Mongolia
  • Veterinary in India
  • Photography in India or Romania
  • Spanish and Turtle Rescue in Mexico
  • Sports in Ghana
  • Diving & Reef Conservation in Thailand
