Thinking of Planning a School Trip?

School trip to India

As the school term comes to a close and more and more students are getting time to enjoy the sunshine rather than revsion, lots of teachers are starting to think about organising school trips overseas.

If you are a student or a teacher keen to organise a school trip with a difference then our voluntary projects could be just what you are looking for. Trips can be tailored to fit what you or your school want to do, anything from a week to a month.

There are options to work on community building programmes in Ghana, sports projects in Jamaica, and conservation projects in Peru amongst others. There are countless choices.

Ian Birbeck, Projects Abroad’s Group Trips Organiser says “now is a good time to start thinking and planning for a trip next academic year. Staff tend to have a little bit more time whilst students are looking forward to the new challenges, whether it is finishing GCSEs or moving on from AS to A2. Projects Abroad has never had as much interest in Group Trips as this year.”

We recently sent ten students from Ardingly College to volunteer on a Care and Conservation project in India.
